Responsible & Sustainable Travel

We create meaningful Sri Lankan experiences while supporting local communities, protecting nature and respecting our culture.

5 UN Sustainable Development Goals guiding our trips

01 Accessible Tourism

Every traveller deserves to explore with dignity

We believe travel is for everyone. We proudly facilitate travel experiences for persons with disabilities, older travellers, families, and people requiring additional support. Through accessible accommodation, transportation, carefully planned itineraries, and inclusive experiences, we strive to ensure that every traveller can explore Sri Lanka with dignity, comfort, safety, and independence.

02 Supporting Local Communities

Local people belong at the centre of tourism, not the edge of it

We are committed to ensuring that tourism creates meaningful opportunities for local communities. We actively promote and support women, youth, persons with disabilities, and marginalized communities, including women-led and community-led businesses. By connecting travellers with local entrepreneurs, guides, producers, artisans, and community-based businesses, we help create opportunities for local people to participate in and benefit from tourism.

We are committed to a Do No Harm approach, respecting the dignity, culture, rights, privacy, and choices of the communities we visit. We believe that local people should be active participants in tourism, rather than simply being part of the tourist experience.

03 Inclusive Employment

Inclusion starts with how we build our own team

Inclusion is also part of how we build our own team. We actively encourage women and persons with disabilities to apply for employment and professional opportunities within our organisation and seek to create a respectful and inclusive working environment where everyone can contribute and grow.

04 Responsible Travel & Protecting Nature

Sri Lanka's nature is a treasure we're responsible for

Sri Lanka's beaches, forests, wildlife, oceans, wetlands, mountains, and biodiversity are treasures that we have a responsibility to protect. Our tours are designed to minimise harm to nature, land, wildlife, and biodiversity. We promote responsible visitor behaviour, encourage respect for local environments, and work towards ensuring that tourism does not negatively affect the places and communities we visit.

For us, responsible tourism means leaving destinations with respect — not damage.
